Biography

A dedicated and accomplished academic leader, currently serving as the Associate Dean and Head of School of Law at CHRIST University Delhi NCR Campus. With over 15 years of full-time teaching experience in Corporate Laws since 2010, and a PhD from NLSIU, Bangalore, specializing in Bank Mergers and Acquisitions, I bring a deep understanding of the corporate and commercial landscape. My research contributions include numerous journal articles and book chapters in these areas.

My special interests encompass critical and evolving fields such as Corporate Governance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Corporate Finance Law, and International Investment Laws. I am deeply passionate about fostering a student-centric learning environment in Corporate and Commercial Laws, constantly seeking and implementing innovative teaching methodologies.

In my capacity as an academic leader, I have held significant responsibilities, including Curriculum Development Coordinator and membership in various academic committees. I have also been instrumental in initiating collaborations and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with national and international institutions, creating multifaceted opportunities for both law students and faculty members.
