The session was chaired by Prof. Andreas Engert (Universität Berlin and ECGI). Prof. Oliver Hart (University Professor, Harvard University and ECGI) presented his paper on "Exit vs Voice" and the discussant was Prof. Laura Starks (McCombs School of Business and ECGI).
