Biography

Morten Bennedsen is the André and Rosalie Hoffmann Chaired Professor of Family Enterprise, the Academic Director of the Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise, Professor of Economics at INSEAD and Niels Bohr Professor at the University of Copenhagen. He obtained his PhD from Harvard University, Master from London School of Economics and is a leading researcher in family business and corporate governance. He has published 1 book, 30 articles in top economics and finance journals, 250 global cases, reports and media articles on 6 continents and writes regular columns in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan. He served as an advisor to the Danish and UK Government, EU, private equity funds and the World Bank. He gives talks and consults with families and national, regional and global service providers in Europe and Asia.
