International Board Foundation
The International Board Foundation (IBF) is a Swiss-based NPO dedicated to the search of excellence in governance and adding value to individuals, organisations and society by providing a global platform for corporate directors and academics in the field of corporate governance to network, develop and innovate.
The three operational units of the International Board Foundation (IBF) are:
Swiss Institute of Directors (SIoD): The largest network of corporate directors in Switzerland and the Swiss representative of the European Confederation of Directors‘ Associations (ecoDa) and of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI).
Swiss Board School (SBS): The leading training institution for corporate directors in Switzerland offering more than twenty board programmes in collaboration with four Swiss universities.
International Center for Corporate Governance (ICCG): A global network of more than 100 regional, sectoral and functional governance partners who conduct interdisciplinary practice and research projects in the field of corporate governance.
