ECGI together with Yale Law School hosted a conference on "2021 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 11-12, 2021 online.

The session was moderated by Prof. Mariana Pargendler (Fundação Getulio Vargas and ECGI).

Prof. Nadya Malenko (University of Michigan and ECGI) presented her paper on "The Voting Premium" and Prof. Ernst-Ludwig von Thadden (University of Mannheim and ECGI) discussed the paper.
