The session was moderated by Prof. Luca Enriques (University of Oxford and ECGI). Prof. Samuel Lee (Santa Clara University and ECGI) presented his paper on "LBO Financing" and Prof. Franklin Allen (Imperial College Business School and ECGI) discussed the paper.
