<p>The Slovene Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies was jointly drawn up and adopted by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc., the Slovenian Directors’ Association and the Managers' Association of Slovenia on 18 March 2004. They agreed to amend and supplement it on 14 December 2005, 5 February 2007 and 8 December 2009.</p><p>The Code in its current wording was drawn up and adopted by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc. and the Slovenian Directors’ Association on 27 October 2016.</p><p>This is an English translation of the Code; in case of discrepancies between the translation and the original Slovene version, the Slovene version shall prevail.</p>
